I've been helping in and out in the ER today, and I noticed, most patients have the same concerns. Mostly of them are over fatigue or dehydrated. Heat nowadays aren't the same as before. As we exert more effort on things we do, the more tiring we get and more sweat we  produce.

Let this be a gentle reminder that we are okay to rest and take a relaxation time despite our fast-paced lifestyle. Take a time off and do your hobbies and bond with your family (even if they are like shits).

Lastly, STAY HYDRATED! Drink your liquids!!

It's always good to have a cup of tea after a good long shift at the hospital. A great way to de-stress oneself from all the hooligans of relative of most patients.

Maybe I can stop by at that cat cafe after my shift.
i'd like to see cats and I don't have other things to do after shift. Might as well go.
Cafe + Cats = Perfect combination
